Where we deliver
We currently deliver across the Klang Valley, and we’re opening to new areas as demand grows. Outside the Klang Valley? Message us and we’ll see what we can do.
Delivery cost & timing
Free delivery within the Klang Valley for orders above RM 80. For smaller orders, we’ll confirm a delivery fee when you order.
Orders are usually arranged within [X] working days of payment being received.
How payment works
After we confirm your order on WhatsApp, we’ll send payment details or a secure payment link. We accept card, FPX, DuitNow, and e-wallets. Once payment is received, we arrange delivery.
Damaged or wrong items
As our products are handmade personal-care items, we’re unable to accept returns once opened. But if anything arrives damaged or incorrect, message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
